Grace period | Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal is not broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.

Should you make use of your right of withdrawal, then you have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur.

To make use of this right, please download the withdrawal form below and email it to support@cbdspecials.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
